PART 1: How To Market For A Deal (Classroom)
Without a deal, well...you  Everything starts with deal flow. Twenty years ago you had to hit the pavement, drive the streets and canvas neighborhoods. 

Then the internet was invented. Real estate has been one of the slowest transactions to evolve. Most people are still doing it the old school way.  

But it's not by accident that we are starting the day in the classroom.  The first leg of your work can be done from anywhere.  And, if you get good at this and build the right team, you can build a successful business just around deal acquisition - its call wholesaling. 
PART 2: How To Analyze A Deal (Classroom)
Only in fairy tales does anyone have to kiss a frog.  In our world, its better to pass on 10 good deals then get into one bad deal.

Analyzing a deal is they key to safe, consistent results. But the only way to know what horsesh*t smells like is to step in it.  The people who are the best at analyzing deals are those that done hundreds or thousands of them.  If they are good enough to stay in the game, they only get better and better.

Do I have to attend LIVE in order to participate?
